How It Works
Customers are responsible for verifying the formatting of files is correct
Refunds will only be provided for legitimate reasons, per CopiEUS managerial discretion
Refunds must be requested within 10 business days of the print job in question
Refunds will be provided only for affected pages
Valid Reasons for Print Refunds
Toner smears or streaks.
Misprint of page due to printer error, i.e. missing images that were visible on the screen, etc. Note: this does not include mismatch between the color visible onscreen vs the color printed.
Not Valid Reasons for Print Refunds
Flawed print jobs due to customer error
Customer requesting more pages printed than they intended
Spelling errors in the customer’s document
