How It Works

  • Customers are responsible for verifying the formatting of files is correct

  • Refunds will only be provided for legitimate reasons, per CopiEUS managerial discretion

  • Refunds must be requested within 10 business days of the print job in question

  • Refunds will be provided only for affected pages

Valid Reasons for Print Refunds

  • Toner smears or streaks.

  • Misprint of page due to printer error, i.e. missing images that were visible on the screen, etc. Note: this does not include mismatch between the color visible onscreen vs the color printed.

Not Valid Reasons for Print Refunds

  • Flawed print jobs due to customer error

  • Customer requesting more pages printed than they intended

  • Spelling errors in the customer’s document
